JEE MAIN SYLLABUS 2013

JEE main examination syllabus will be almost as it was in the earlier AIEEE exam. The different will lies in the attitude of the exam. Questions will be put up with more critical analyzed and comprehensive. The main objective of the JEE Main Examination is to test the foundational understanding of the candidate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as learnt in the 10+2 yean difference between main and advanced will not e of nature of syllabus but in terms of depth. Main exam questions will comprise of formula based and bit linear but in advanced it will be tricky and more applied parts. Details of syllabus are given here for each paper of physics, chemistry and mathematics n point manner. There would be broadly two parts. In first part there would be questions related scientific norms and rest will be of practical nature.

Physics- Measurement, different kind of units, measurement, analysis of 3 dimensions, different chapters of motion and kinetics, Newton's three laws of motion and its examples, energy and work related theories, inertia and rotational mass, gravity, and geo-factors, velocity, about solid mass and liquid, law of stokes, Reynolds, Bernoulli, tension, Newton, thermodynamics, theories of gaseous movement, wave theory, electrical and electronics physics.

Chemistry topics-

Concepts of physical chemistry, matter and its kind, structure of atom, bonding chemical and molecular, resonance, orbital theory, thermodynamics, solutions, electro-chemistry, ionization ,surface chemistry, classification of elements and its properties, principles regarding metals, hydrogen, alkali, alkaline, group 13 and 18 metals, co-ordination compound in chemistry, chemistry of environment, organic compound characterization, principles of organic chemistry, hydrocarbon, halogens, oxygen, alcohol, phenols, carbonic acid with nitrogen, polymers daily life chemistry.

Mathematics- Set theory, quadratic functions, metrics and determinants, permutation, combination, binomial theorem, sequence and series, integral calculus,co-0rdinate geometry ,trigonometry and statistics.
