Important dates for BCECE

• Start of sale of application form: December 27th, 2011 • Last date for application form sale: January 25th, 2013 • Last date for submitting complete application forms: February 6th, 2013 • Date for entrance examination, phase 1: April 22nd, 2013 Eligibility criteria for the exam • There is no age limit for appearing in Pharmacy or Engineering courses. • Candidates sitting for medical stream and agriculture must not be below 17 years of age as per the date on the application form. • The applicant appearing for MBBS must have passed from a medical college in Bihar and listed in the schedule of Indian Medical Council. • The candidates must have passed their 10+2 level with Physics, Chemistry as compulsory subjects and choice between Mathematics and Biology. Exam pattern • The engineering exam pattern will be based from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. • The medical exam pattern is based on Physics, Chemistry and Biology. • In the MBBS exam paper every question carries four marks, where for each correct question candidates scores four marks but loses one mark for each wrong answer. • The candidates are given three hours to complete the exam paper which will be in English medium only.
