Faculty Management Studies (FMS) institute offers management studies to its students on pan-India basis. FMS is governed under the Delhi University. This university do not only stress on Business Management but Management Studies as a whole. FMS used to have customized entrance exam till the year 2011 but for the year 2012 admission for couple of programs like full time MBA and PhD will be offered on the basis of CAT (Common Admission Test), group discussion and personal interview.
FMS offers various post graduate programs are:
• Full time MBA • Part time MBA • Full time MBA (MS) • Part time MBA HCA • Management Development • PhD Programs
Eligibility Criteria to apply for FMS exam 2012:
• Candidate applying for part time MBA in FMS have to have graduation degree from a recognized university with minimum 45% marks • Applicant must have at least 3 years of work experience in case he/ she is applying for part time MBA program in FMS • Employer has to sponsor the candidate for part time MBA program • In case of full time MBA program in FMS candidate should have completed graduation from a recognized university with 50% if candidate has studied arts, commerce or social science, 60% for mathematics and 60% in Medicines, Engineering or Technology. OR you should have post graduate degree or degree of any other exam with minimum 60% marks. Exam pattern: FMS exam consists of 200 questions that have to be answered in 120 minutes. For every wrong answer candidate will have to bear 1/3 negative mark.

• Exams for admission into FMS in 2013: first week of December 2012 • Expected date for publication of shortlisted candidates for personal interview and Group discussion: first week of January 2013 • Dates for GD and personal interview rounds: second week of March 2013 •Announcement of final results: In between March to July 2013 •Commencement of classes: first week of July 2013
MBA (Part time courses)
• Written examination: 3rd week of January 2013 • Expected date for publication of short-listed candidates for GD and PI rounds: Second week of February 2013
